Candice was amazing start to finish! I gave her a picture and 8 days notice and she absolutely delivered! My daughter was over the moon for her cake and the flavors were absolutely delicious!! Would highly recommend!

I can’t say enough how amazing this cake was. The cake itself so moist, the frosting just the right amount of sweetness and richness. The raspberry filling out of this world. We thought we were going to have cake for a few days but we all just ate it for lunch the next day because we didn’t want to not have more. Candice was amazing. So kind, so attentive. I want to have another wedding in OBX so I can get another cake. Thank you Candice!!!

I cannot recommend Candice enough! I got married one year ago in France and wanted to celebrate with my American family one year later and she created the cake of our dreams for this celebration. It was absolutely gorgeous and incredibly delicious and was even better than we could have expected and hoped.
Hands down, it was the best cake my family and I ever had. My mom was a professional cake decorator when I was younger, so I’ve always had very high standards for cake taste and aesthetics, and until now, my family had never found one I loved as much as hers.
The cake was not only stunning and fit the coastal beach theme perfectly but also tasted amazing. It was honestly much nicer than my actual wedding cake in France! Everyone at our celebration was so impressed and kept commenting on both how beautiful it was and how delicious it tasted. Oh and all of the shells were edible 😍

One of the things I was most looking forward to when we got engaged was the cake tastings. I try to eat gluten free as much as possible as it triggers my migraines. Candice was incredibly communicative during the process and worked with us to create a cake flavor that was representative of one of our favorite vacation drinks (Lime in Da Coconut). She absolutely knocked that flavor out of the park! Since she doesn't do the Banana Pudding Cake as a sample, we ordered it for a mini celebration to try before making our final decisions. She was able to make the entire thing gluten free (she makes it all from scratch) and it was delicious! As I've been to several weddings where there were gluten incidents, I decided that we would have all of our cakes be gluten free to keep everyone safe (we have several friends with Celiacs). We did a cutting cake in the Lime in Da Coconut flavor and mini cupcakes in that flavor as well as Red Velvet. The mini cupcakes are perfect for grabbing and popping in your mouth while dancing! All of our guests loved them and we had some left over to take back with us to enjoy. I will definitely be ordering from her again!

We came to the OBX to celebrate my parents 40th anniversary and I had the idea to have a cake made to replicate a tier on their wedding cake. I truly enjoyed working with Candice. She helped me to create a groom's cake for my son's rehearsal dinner. After I sent her the graphics, I fully expected a sheet cake with a truck on it, not what we got. She created a 3D image of a truck fully decorated with our graphics down to the last detail The cake was AMAZING! It far exceeded my expectations. My son was so happy and suprised. Our guests were very impressed! Oh and it also tasted great 😊 I sincerely appreciate the effort that went into not
just the baking but the design and attention to detail.
